We’ve completely changed how we present our properties so you can get a better feel for it before you even view the property. We’ve added bigger photos of the properties, clearer descriptions (without estate agent fluff and jargon), details about broadband speeds, mobile phone reception and council tax information. We think insider information also helps, so we’ve asked the current tenant or landlord to give their take on the property to help with your decision to view the property.

We’ve also written a guide ‘Tenant Survival’ with you in mind to give you some advice on how to secure your dream home, what the letting process involves so you’re ahead of the game, tips on moving and what to expect during your tenancy. Pop over to our Facebook page too for tips and advice.

1. Show your interest

Register or take a look at our properties using the search form below.

2. Arrange a viewing

We’ll provide you with the Landlords contact info to arrange a time to view the property and meet the Landlord.

3. Referencing

You like the property and the Landlord likes you so you both agree to go ahead with the tenancy. If applicable, your Landlord will ask us to carry out referencing and credit checks at a cost of £50 + VAT per tenant/guarantor (payable by the tenant)

4. Move in!

Once we have completed the referencing and advised your Landlord, he will arrange a time to meet you at the property to sign the paperwork, give you the keys and welcome you to your new home.
